The Britannia and Castle
     

Cpl Tug Wilson is seen here modelling the new uniform of the Suffolk Soldier in 1951.
It is an off-the-shoulder creation in a delicate shade of jungle green with matching accessories of handbag, bent fag and bent rifle.
Strangely, this little number did not catch on!
